Bennett is a seasoned recruiting and staffing professional with nearly a decade of experience in operations, management, and talent acquisition. His deep expertise in ERP and IT staffing has given him a firsthand understanding of the challenges companies face when hiring tech talent, and how to solve them quickly.

As founder of CrossCheck Staffing, he's focused on one thing: building the right match between client and candidate. He works personally with every client, whether it's an ERP system upgrade, a critical AI/ML hire, or standing up a new security function from scratch.

Outside of work, Bennett is a proud husband and father. Family comes first, always. When he's not placing talent, you'll find him on the ice, at a concert, or out on the golf course.
